How do I set up my Citizen account?

A complete guide to setting up your account

1. Create your account 👤


First, visit our account registration form. This is where you'll create your own admin account and add the business name.

2. Verify your email address ✅

Once you have submitted the form, you'll receive 2 verification emails from 'getstarted@citizen.is' You must click 'Activate' on both.

The emails look like this:

Once you have clicked 'Activate' you will see the following message

3. Sign into your dashboard! 🔑

You can now log in. Return to the sign in page and use your email and password to sign in.

Then, click your company name.

You've now successfully logged into your dashboard for the first time! 🎉
